Rules

Please take the time to familiarize yourselves with the guest behavior rules. If found to be breaking these rules guests will be asked to leave the establishment immediately and they will forfeit any booking fees applicable or deposits. Guests will also be reported on Travel Score .

TAKE NOTE - 11h00 noise levels must be reduced to only be audible inside your unit to not disturb any other guests

a)  No  parties or events . 

b) Strictly NO bachelor parties.

b)  No Loud music , singing , talking

c)  No miss use of alcohol.

d) No alcohol usage permitted in the street .

d)  No drug usage on the premises or in the public areas outside.

e) No foul language.

f) No moving items between units.

g) No moving furniture around.

h) No washing of vehicles.

i) No disturbing of other guests are allowed.
